Asphalt Driveway Contractor in Central Florida
A driveway that looks right and drains right.
A driveway is a small job where the details show. Edges, slope away from the garage and how the apron meets the road are what you look at every day.
We pave new driveways, replace failed ones, extend existing ones and pave longer rural drives where the run matters more than the square footage. On older properties the existing drive is often sitting on almost no base, which is why it cracked. That gets addressed rather than covered.
Under mature oaks, which is most of this area, root heave and shade are real factors in how a drive holds up. We walk it with you and say plainly where a surface is likely to move again.

Residential Driveways assessment
Common pavement and site concerns
Cracking and crumbling edges
Usually thin asphalt on a weak base with no edge support. Replacement on a proper section is the durable answer.
Water running toward the garage
A slope problem. It gets fixed at grade before paving.
Ruts and soft spots after rain
A sign the base never got built or has been contaminated. That section needs rebuilding.

Common questions
- How long does a driveway take?
- Timing depends on the driveway size, removal, base work, access and weather. Discuss the expected work sequence and any access restrictions when requesting an estimate.
- When can I park on it?
- Ask about parking and curing guidance for your project. Sharp turning, trailer jacks and other narrow-point loads can mark new asphalt, especially in summer heat.
- Can you pave over my old driveway?
- Only if what is under it is worth keeping. If the base failed, paving over it repeats the failure. We will tell you honestly after looking at it.
- Do you do concrete driveways?
- No. We are an asphalt contractor. If concrete is the better fit for your situation we will say so.
